Pre-Academic and Academic Services
Children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), need to develop foundational skills such as identifying and labeling letters, numbers, shapes, and colors before they start formal schooling. Additionally, they must learn to draw simple shapes upon instruction and imitate peer drawings. At Simplify Center for Behavioral Services, we conduct comprehensive pre-academic assessments for early learners, including those with ASD, to identify their strengths and areas for growth.
Using these assessments, we create individualized programs to address each child’s unique needs. Our focus is on enhancing pre-academic skills that will help children catch up to their grade level, with specific attention to the needs of children with ASD. Through the application of ABA principles, we teach these skills using structured, evidence-based methods designed to maximize learning and foster academic success.
