This course provides a comprehensive overview of verbal behavior and its application within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Participants will explore the different types of verbal behavior, including the verbal operants: mand, tact, echoic, intraverbal, listener responding (LR), listener responding by feature, function, and class (LRFFC), textual, and transcription. The course also highlights the distinctions and complementary aspects of ABA and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in addressing communication needs.
